THE ART OF INTIMACY (3 hours)

This is a workshop in which with affection, humor, and a little courage we can unveil the differences between men and women. The main purpose of this workshop is to have fun, and learn a few practices that will assist you in cultivating an uninhibited and devotional relationship with your intimate partner.

Sourcing from Hindu mythology we will visit the beginning of the world, when Shiva and Shakti met; the Hindu take on the ''Big Bang" theory. We will explore the feminine and masculine energy within each one of us, as well as the polarity these energies create in our intimate relationships.
